Chef Bruno LeMieux-Ruibal

Bruno is an explorer of all things. Born in Galicia (Northwest Spain), Bruno grew up in Madrid, got lost in Minnesota, found in Las Vegas, lived in New York City, then finally settled down in Philadelphia. Formerly a published art critic, Bruno is a world traveler who has been active in the restaurant industry for 10 years.
